Graphic Design field trip to ChuckECheese >>

graphic design class met at ChuckECheese on Thursday instead of the usual basement dungeon semi-classroom.

we were exploring form.
taking a look at the environment we were in and collecting data.
ie: getting inspiration from our surroundings to use in later art pieces. (orphan.)
iiiiiiiiiiiii,, EEEE:
Here's Mark, the man with the plan. {professor}
BethanyGregSunny
Claire
JamesBethXiomara
Jamie
Lehua
Me,
and Jehoddan, who missed the first round of photos and so gets this one, which i think is amazing!
since the purpose of the trip was to learn how to collect form and ideas from a place, Mark showed us what he'd do if it were his project. he'd tape up a piece of pizza for later inspirationcolor... texture... shape... line ...
pizza, can be inspiring.after lunch we had a skee-ball tournament. James, the one holding out the ball, concentrating, visualizing his WIN, won.
i think this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, getting a ChuckECheese SKETCH with your professor, during class. {jehoddan, trying not to laugh, me, squished, beth, loving live, and mark, overtaking the world with his curls.}
here's one of the hyper kids with a million tickets. kids are GOOD at arcade games. I think I got 30 tickets total. These kids had hundreds. {jealousss!}.with our tickets we each had to buy a prize, and then we're going to use our prize in our next poster project
my thirty tickets got me fangs and a tootsie roll.
Bethany got a happy happy happyring.
Jamie got the fish glasses,and here's Greg experimenting with one of our form-finding tools
i was next to one of the little screaming kids playing skee-ball, and she leaned over and whispered to me, "GUESS WHAT. coming to ChuckECheese today is like.... a dream come TRUE."
YESSS girl, yes.

This is a great post...

I would log in so you could see who this was (it's Kristen Reinders, hehe) but my journal on here is so old and the picture so rotten that I don't think it would be worth it! Anyway, great post... what do you usually charge for photo shoots? Or do you do them?
